Back in August, Andy Dick killed his already-pretty-much-dead career by going off on an inexcusable antisemitic rant during an appearance on the Greg Fitzsimmons Show.

Now, a Hollywood tourist has filed a battery report against Andy, after he drunkenly grabbed the man by his collar and "tried to take his camera."
