It's not the prettiest gown in the world and we're a little bummed with her usual stick straight 'do (throwing it over your shoulder is NOT changing it up!), but we gotta hand it to her for not playing it safe.

Besides, how many 40 year olds would actually have the cajones to rock such a bold look? Exactly.
