Heidi Klum had the Mr. Bones Pumpkin Patch all to herself on Tuesday.

The supermodel was at the uber-famous West Hollywood patch filming clips for her AOL website and from the looks of it she had a lot of fun carving those pumpkins.

We're sure Heidi will return with her kids so they can get their carve on too.

Arianna Huffington Gets Sued…Again

arianna huffington gets sued again

She is NOT making many friends lately.

Last month, we learned that bloggers were filing a class action lawsuit against AOL & Huffington Post, because the HuffPost contributing writers feel that they should receive fair compensation for their content.

Now, Arianna Huffington is being sued by political consultants Peter Daou and James Boyce "for failing to acknowledge what they claim was their critical role in the creation of the Huffington Post."

They first filed their lawsuit back in November, but it looks like they've still got a ways to go with this fight.

There's a long history between these three, but if you watch the film The Social Network, you'll get the basic idea of what happened. LOLz.

After all these recent claims against Arianna Huffington, what do U think of the woman? Is she truly mistreating everybody? Or are these people just looking for payouts?

Internet Dramz! Bloggers Sue AOL And Huffington Post

bloggers file lawsuit against aol and huffington post

Bloggers are NOT happy with Arianna Huffington!

Today, Freelance journalist Jonathan Tasini filed a class action lawsuit against AOL & Huffington Post, on behalf of a group of bloggers who claim that HuffPost "mistreats those who enrich it with content."

After AOL acquired Huffington Post for $315 million last month, contributing writers feel that they should receive fair compensation for their content, and they're claiming "mistreatment" by Arianna Huffington.

Here's what the complaint against Huffington says:

"If it were not for the labor of Plaintiff and the thousands of unpaid Class members on and for TheHuffingtonPost.com…[the site] would not have been an attractive merger target and would have sold for at least $105 million less than the merger price of $315 million."

HuffPost is referring to the class action lawsuit as "completely baseless."

Who do U side with? Team Bloggers or Team HuffPost?

Poor Miley! Voted Worst Celebrity Influence For SECOND Year In A Row!

miley voted worst celeb influence of 2010

Maybe next year we make an effort NOT to provide mass awareness of legal alternatives to weed, huh Miley?

For the second year in a row, Miley Cyrus has been voted worst celebrity influence of the year.

According to AOL's JSYK.com website, 58% of 99,000 votes, mostly from 9-15 year olds, called Miley 2010's worst celeb influence.

Guess Lindsay's jail time and Teen Mom Amber's domestic violence didn't seem as troubling to voters as Miley's Salvia bong smoking video.

It's a new year, Mileybird! Stay out of trouble, don't make incriminating videos, and you should be in much better shape for 2011, bb.

Do U think Miley was the worst celebrity influence of 2010?

JoBros Redesigning The Internet?!

wenn2645200.jpg

Is this what they are doing with their free time?

AOL CEO and Chairman Tim Armstrong is attempting to change the look of his company and the web in general - and he thinks the Jonas Brothers could help!

Armstrong said:

"Our properties and sites and the company itself will start to represent more of what you see in the runway world — the creativity and the perfection. It's what we want at AOL: a well-designed and styled version of the internet. That's why we're working with some of the most creative people on the planet — from Chuck Close to the Jonas Brothers. We want them to help us redesign the Internet."

The Jonas Group (a management company that reps the boy band and several other teen stars) launched the original online video channel Cambio.com with AOL and MGX Lab this summer. As of last week, the site began to cross-promote content and share traffic with Ellen DeGeneres' website.

It makes sense. JoBros and AOL are perfect partners - both feel sweet and nostalgic now!

All Your Favorite Websites Are Getting Sued (Except Us, Thankfully)!

Did Google, YouTube, Apple, AOL, Ebay, Netflix, Facebook, Yahoo, and more violate a patent without permission??

That's what Interval Licensing LLC's Paul Allen says. He's claiming that Interval provided the initial research funding for Google co-founders Sergey Brin and Larry Page, which basically "resulted in Google." He also says that all the above websites used his Internet browsing technology, a patent in which he owns, between the years 2000 and 2004 and is now suing them, asking for unspecified damages, as well as an injunction that would prevent the websites from using his search engine technology or "a royalty for post-judgment infringement."

Crazy!!

Could this mean a huge change is coming in the way we use the Internet??

Inneresting.
