Too bad his magic powers don't fix flooding!
David Copperfield may have some unhappy neighbors these days as a rooftop pool he has totally burst and flooded not only his penthouse in the East 57th Street apartment building but also his neighbors' apartments as far as 30 stories down.
The magician's lawyer Ted Blumberg confirmed the flood was due to a malfunctioning pump and the damage was so bad that the elevators weren't even working on the day it happened which was on March 8th.

And David's stuff definitely got damaged from the water although he did dodge a bullet when it came to some of his more valuable items! His lawyer said

Tom Sizemore was arrested in El Lay late last night, after authorities conducting an ongoing drug investigation at a downtown apartment building discovered him there, and although he had no drugs on him, they ran his record and realized that he had an outstanding battery warrant!
