Listen to this Apocalypse concept… it's ingenious!!

Seth Rogen, Jonah Hill, James Franco, Danny McBride, and Craig Robinson are all stuck in Franco's El Lay apartment as they face the apocalypse!!

Ha! Sounds HIGHlarious right?? Especially when ya think about the massive stash of goodies that's probably stowed away in that apt for emergencies like this, LOL!

So basically, it's sounds like it's gonna be like Pineapple Express meets Cloverfield… we hope!!

Rapture Update! The World Is NOW Scheduled To End On Oct 21!

man who predicted end of the world comes up with new date

Can't we at least wait until AFTER Halloween? LOLz.

Yesterday, end-of-the-world prophet Harold Camping spoke up about his false May 21 rapture prediction, and he said that he was going to look for some answers.

Now, Camping has announced that he was off by five months, and that the end of days will take place on Oct 21!

Guess we can't blame him TOO much. We took Apocalypse Math 101 in college…it was TOUGH!

Here's what Camping had to say about his mistake:

"We've always said May 21 was the day, but we didn't understand altogether the spiritual meaning. May 21 is the day that Christ came and put the world under judgment."

Hopefully everyone out there wasn't TOO sinful this weekend, cause evidently we were being watched/judged.

What do U think of Harold Camping's new end-of-the-world date? Do U think the rapture will take place on Oct 21?

The World's Still Here! Man Who Predicated The End And Followers Speak Up!

Filed under: Wacky, Tacky & True

end of the world believers and prophet shocked that the world didnt end

AWK-WARD!

89-year-old Harold Camping convinced LOTS of people that the world was going to end on May 21, 2011, but that date has come and gone…and we're all still here.

So, why didn't the world end on schedule? Here's what Camping had to say about it:

"It has been a really tough weekend. I'm looking for answers…But now I have nothing else to say."

Maybe his calculations were off? Perhaps a misplaced decimal point somewhere in his apocalypse math? Hopefully he can make up figure out some answers to make his followers feel better.

Here's what Camping's PR aide Tom Evans had to say about the world not ending:

"You can imagine we're pretty disappointed, but the word of God is still true. We obviously went too far, and that's something we need to learn from."

Another guy who's probably more than a little disappointed is Robert Fitzpatrick, who spent $140K of life savings to spread the word of "the rapture" in NYC. Here's what HE had to say about all of this:

"I do not understand why…I do not understand why nothing has happened."

We're thinking Harold Camping should have stuck to the whole 2012 thing. Then, if things didn't work out, he could have at least shared the blame with those Mayans!

Are U surprised that the world didn't end? How does that make U feel? Happy? Disappointed? A little bit of both? Ha!

Men’s Health recently reported that Ashton Kutcher was taking martial arts classes and working out in order to train for the apocalypse.

It turns out that he was completely joking.

Said Ashton about the interview with Men's Health:

“So I kind of got going on this roll of the apocalypse and I thought she was getting the joke, and I read the article and she really didn't get the joke."

LOL! Everyone thought Ashton was crazy for a minute there!!

Scientists Predict Devastating "Superstorm" To Hit California!

scientists-predict-superstorm-to-hit-california

Oh, good! Just another sign of the apocalypse!

A group of over 100 scientists and experts with the U.S. Geological Survey have discovered that California's geological history includes 'superstorms' that hit the state once every 100-200 years, and have the potential to flood a quarter of the state's homes, cause $300-$400 billion in damages, four or five times the amount that a major earthquake could!

The last time one of these storms struck, it was over a 300-mile stretch of the Central Valley, from 1861-1862. According to Geological Survey director Marcia K. McNutt, the floods were so bad that the state capital had to be moved to San Francisco! Even larger storms are thought to have hit in the years 212, 440, 603, 1029, 1418, and 1605.

Due to the rising temperatures in the atmosphere, scientists fear that the next big one could be on its way, and created a model to simulate what one of these 'superstorms' would be like. According to the model, it could last for over 40 days and dump 10 feet of water on the state, due to an "atmospheric river" that could move water "at the same rate of 50 Mississippis discharging water into the Gulf of Mexico." Winds could reportedly reach 125 mph.

Holy shiz!

Geological Survey scientist Lucy Jones concludes:

"We think this event happens once every 100 or 200 years or so, which puts it in the same category as our big San Andreas earthquakes."

Oh good! So if this superstorm doesn't get us, an earthquake will!

Luckily, federal and state emergency management officials are aware of such a potentially disastrous event, and held a conference last week about emergency preparations in case one were to actually hit.

We sincerely hope that this next one waits a few more hundred years or so!

Scary stuff, but the best we can do is hopefully have measures in place to ensure that if something like this were to happen, everyone affected by it would be safe and out of harm's way.

Yeesh! Thoughts??
