The tech giant unveiled their new macOS at Monday's Worldwide Developers Conference, revealing the name will be High Sierra.

To prove they knew what they were doing with the name, senior vice president of software Craig Federighi joked onstage:

"We talked to the guys and said ‘this might be misconstrued,' but they assured us this name is fully baked."

Businesses v. Trump — Apple, Twitter, Facebook, & Over 90 Other Companies Join Fight Against Travel Ban

From nationwide protests to federal lawsuits, Donald Trump is getting a lot of backlash over his immigrant ban.

But now, it looks like the bronzed businessman will have to deal with a firestorm on his own turf — as he's been hit by the biggest companies in America!

A total of 97 companies — including Apple, Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Netflix, and Twitter — filed a court motion on Sunday night opposing the executive order.

According to court documents, the travel ban "violates the immigration laws and the Constitution" and represents "a sudden shift in the rules governing entry into the United States, and is inflicting substantial harm on U.S. companies."

The motion from the 97 companies — most of which are tech companies — also emphasizes the important role of immigration in the U.S. economy.

As we reported, in late January, the nation was shocked when Donald Trump signed an executive order banning all immigrants and refugees from seven countries in the Middle East.

However, American citizens AND corporations are taking a stand against this nonsense!

One British woman hit the address book jackpot after buying a new iPhone and ending up with dozens of celebrities' numbers in her phone!

Back in June 2014, Sophie Highfield bought a brand new Apple iPhone 5S from the U.K.-based Three Mobile — but she recently discovered that her phone book is chock full of celebrity phone numbers!

The 31-year-old noticed something was strange when she looked for her "mum" in her contacts and was surprised to see four other "mums" had come up on her screen!

After further investigation, Highfield began typing other letters into her phone and found the contact numbers for Radio 1 DJs, Olympic athletes, and even superstar singers!

Apple Sued By Parents Who Claim FaceTime Caused The Tragic Death Of Their Daughter

This is a very complicated and upsetting case.

On Friday, James and Bethany Modisette formally sued Apple over the tragic death of their 5-year-old daughter Moriah on Christmas Eve in 2014.

The family was driving on an interstate in Dallas when another car slammed into their vehicle, severely injuring Moriah and their other daughter Isabella. Unfortunately, Moriah did not survive the injuries of the wreck and later died at the hospital.

David Bowie Gets His Own Emojis — Just As His Secret Art Collection Hits The Auction Block!

David Bowie's memory continues to live on!

On Monday, Apple unveiled its latest set of emojis to hit the iPhone ahead of its iOS 10.2 update.

Amongst the new emojis, which include fun images like an avocado and a face palm, is an homage to Bowie's iconic Aladdin Sane album cover. The sweet tribute comes on the heels of the singer's tragic death in January.

In addition to the amazing emoji news, the famous art gallery Sotheby's just announced David's secret and immense art collection will hit the auction block on November 10 and 11.

According to the art house, the collection includes Jean-Michel Basquiat's insanely expensive 1984 painting Air Power, as well as a spin painting Bowie himself created with Damien Hirst in 1995.

While there are HUNDREDS of high-priced pieces in the stockpile, the Basquiat takes the cake with a price tag of $3 million dollars while his collaboration with Hirst comes in around $350K.

Damn! We imagine many of Bowie's dedicated fans will be chomping at the bit to bid on those pricey items!
