First, they say they were rehearsing their performance of Some Nights by fun. when they were told the song was not approved to be used.

Ron Artest Is OFFICIALLY Metta World Peace

Metta World Peace

That's Mr. World Peace to you!

NBA fans have to finally say goodbye to Los Angeles Laker defender Ron Artest and hello to Metta World Peace.

Nearly 3 months after the basketball player announced his new name, an El Lay judge made it legal on Friday morning.

If that's what he wants, we couldn't be happier for him, but have one question. Does this mean his family is now known as the "World Peaces" around the neighborhood? LOLz!

His new name definitely makes for one of the best sports jerseys ever! Best of luck on Dancing With The Stars, Metta!

You Can't Make This Shiz Up! Disgruntled New Jersey Folk Now Have To PAY TAXES For Jersey Shore!

new-jersey-residents-pay-taxes-for-jersey-shore

Ha! This literally is TOO HIGHlarious!

Despite many native New Jersey folk actively condemning the MTV series Jersey Shore for giving a poor representation of the lovely people that inhabit the state, its Economic Development Authority apparently approved covering $420,000 for the reality show's production costs for its first season!

LOLz! LOLz! Isn't it ironic? Dontcha' think?!

Of course, some are pretty unhappy about this amazing development, including assemblyman Declan O'Scanlon, who openly exclaimed that he can't believe that taxpayers must cough up the dough "for fake tanning for `Snooki' and `The Situation."'

Hey! Whether you like it or not, we imagine that the show has brought a serious economy boost to Seaside Heights, so we'd try to be a little more grateful for our beloved guidos and guidettes!

Just saying!
