Newt Gingrich Reviewing The Apple Watch Is Just As Painful & Wondrous As It Sounds! Watch HERE!

Nothing says young and hip more than former Speaker of the House and failed Presidential candidate Newt Gingrich.

So obviously Mashable hired him to do their review of the Apple Watch!

As ridiculous as that sounds, it feels even more so for Newt! As he says, wearing it tells everyone he knows he's "either 12 or a hobbyist."

Though he recognizes there are many apps available, one thing he has not been able to figure out? "Pictures and Instagram."

With lines like that and "the Supreme Court should get Snapchat," this review is one you cannot miss! Watch the whole thing (below)!

Chubby Checker Sues HP Over Peen-Measuring 'Chubby Checker App,' HIGHlarity Ensues!

chubby checker sues identically named penis measuring phone app

But, but.. it's so cleverly named!

Rock 'n' roll legend Chubby Checker recently filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit against Hewlett-Packard, claiming a smartphone app they published under the musician's name did “irreparable damage and harm” to his reputation.

The Chubby Checker App, you see, estimates the size of a man's package… and we aren't referring to the kind UPS delivers!

Through some miracle of science, it uses a dude's shoe size to determine what size drill bit he keeps in the tool box, if you know what we mean!

And, if you don't know what we mean, let us spell it out:

Penises! We are talking about penises! Their length! Width! Girth! The whole nine yards inches!! HA!

We totes understand why the 71-year-old Twist singer is horrified to see his legacy twisted by a penile punchline, but… what an epically HIGHlarious punchline it was!

UPDATE: Chubby Checker spoke publicly about his legal dramz. He said:

"I don't want people to go around calling me a penis."

Well, there you have it! He's a singer, not a schlong!

Biebs Slaps Phone App Maker With Cease And Desist Letter For Using His Likeness…As A Beaver!

justin-bieber-doesnt-want-his-likeness-used-in-video-game-web.jpg

Biebs does not like it when you compare him to a beaver!

Justin Bieber has slapped video game maker RC3 with a cease and desist letter after they created a game called Joustin' Beaver.

The point of the game is getting Beaver to sign "Otter-graphs" while avoiding the "Phot-Hogs" along the way.

We are not making this up!

Apparently, Biebs doesn't want the game using his likeness and his lawyers are willing to take RC3 to court.

Sad. Joustin' Beaver has a iTunes app rating of five stars!

iPad Apps Are Watching Your Kids

iPad Apps Are Watching Your Kids

Creepy.

Turns out the the fun apps and games designed for your kids may be collecting information about them!

The Federal Trade Commission is now urging developers of mobile apps for kids to provide more information on user-data collection, cause they're pretty sure a lot of this software violates child privacy law.
