So sad to hear.

George Coe passed away on Saturday of natural causes at the age of 86.

If you don't know the name, you probably know the face. Besides being a member of the original cast of Saturday Night Live in 1975, the Oscar nominee also guest starred on Star Trek, The West Wing, Gilmore Girls, and just about every TV show ever.

A talented voice actor, George could also be heard in video games like Skyrim and cartoons like The Legend Of Korra.

But in his most recent years, he was best known for his role as put-upon butler Woodhouse on FX's Archer.

Some of his cartoon costars mourned the loss on Twitter, writing:

This Guy Shows Us All Why Hollywood Is Doing Archery All Wrong! Find Out How To Nail It HERE!

This guy really knows his stuff!

Danish man Lars Andersen is totally into archery, and he's showing the world why Hollywood has got it all wrong. Between movies like The Hunger Games and any of the Lord of the Rings flicks, audiences are getting their fill of fighting with bows and arrows these days.

But sadly, we've been misled.

Lars made a video to not only show off his super sweet skills (he can split an arrow on a blade he's shooting at!), but also explaining how archery REALLY worked in history. Once you see his very simple explanation for why the movies are so incorrect, you'll be blown away.

This may be the most amazing thing Conan O'Brien has ever done!

After Conan announced that secret agent Sterling Archer from FX's Archer would be his special guest on the show, no one really knew what that meant.

But as soon as the entire world became animated we got a pretty good idea!

FX's Archer Removes The Name ISIS From The Series Because Real Life ISIS Is So Awful!

This is quite the danger zone.

With all the pure awfulness brought about by the real life ISIS (Islamic State of Iraq and Syria), one show has had to make a tough decision.

FX's Archer previously featured the spy agency also by the same name ISIS, although on the show, it has always been an acronym for International Secret Intelligence Service.

However, in light of recent atrocities perpetrated by real life jihadist ISIS, the show's creator Adam Reed explained that certain permanent changes had to be made:

FX Announces They Will Be Launching A New Network This Fall!

fx announces launch of new network fxx in the fall

FX is looking to make some big moves this fall as they recently announced they will be launching a new network later this year!

Network President John Landgraf confirmed their plans to launch of of their new channel, FXX on September 2nd. That's right. It's like FX, just with another X. How original!

FXX will aim for a target audience of 18-34 year olds, a demographic that shouldn't be to hard to reach considering the network will be inheriting HIGHlarious veteran shows like It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia and The League when their new seasons start!

The new channel will also feature reruns of classics like Rescue Me and Arrested Development, which is definitely a good thing because who doesn't love the Bluths??

While FX is certainly lending a helping hand to their new baby bro, they aren't giving up hits like Louie, Archer, or Wilfred, meaning they will probably have to launch a few pilots for original programming. But considering the network's recent track record with comedies, that probably won't be too difficult!

We're always down for a good laugh, so we're definitely looking forward to FXX! Hopefully it can keep up with the rest in this golden age for cable television!

Hunger games workout

If you're clamoring for everything Hunger Games-related as the release of this Spring's most anticipated movie gets closer, check out this workout inspired by Katniss and the gang!

Here are 4 exercises designed by the Fitness Program Director of DailyBurn, one of the web's leading authorities in exercise, that will bring out your inner archer!

Check them out below and start training today!

Exercise – Single Arm Row with Rotation

Equipment – Resistance Band

Description – A single arm row simulates the upper body action in archery by drawing one elbow back (engaging the deep muscles of the back) and slightly rotating the torso. Hook tubing around a stable pole or door jam and place both handles in your right hand. Step back until the tubing has some tension. Pick up your right foot and balance on your left and then begin to pull the tubing back, right hand moving towards right hip. Add a slight rotation to the right, opening up the shoulder.

Exercise – Bear Squat

Equipment – none, just your body weight

Description – The bear squat combines a full plank, which is fantastic for the core, and an explosive leg press. Begin in plank then bend your knees and send your hips back over your heels keeping the knees off the floor (spine is flexed and arms are extended). With a powerful push from your legs, extend back out to plank and hold.

Exercise – Curtsy Squat Side Lunge

Equipment – Dumbbells

Description – To truly develop strong legs that are functional for running, jumping, leaping and carrying heavy loads, you must train them in all directions. Holding heavy dumbbells in each hand begin with feet together. Step out to the side with your right leg, keeping your left leg straight. Hinge forward slightly but keep chest lifted with the dumbbells on either side of your right leg. Push off your right foot and immediately step back and cross behind the left leg, bending both knees into a curtsy squat.

Exercise – Quick Feet Drill

Equipment – none, just your body weight

Description – To be quick on your feet and have the agility to change direction quickly, you must train the muscles to fire rapidly and with power. This drill is about quickness and endurance and really elevates your heart rate. Begin in the athletic ready stance (feet a little wider than shoulder width with knees slightly bent and a slight hinge forward from the hips) with arms out the side, palms forward. Start moving your feet as fast as you can as if running keeping the feet close to the ground. Keeping your shoulders and torso stable, randomly twist your hips (knees and feet as well!) to the right and quickly back to the center. Repeat to the left continuing to keep your feet moving as quickly as possible.
