Aaron Hernandez's Cousin Faces Charges After Refusing To Testify

aaron hernandez cousin tanya singleton faces charges after refusing to testify

It sounds like Aaron Hernandez's legal issues are spreading out to his family.

The former New England Patriot's cousin Tanya Singleton was arrested and has been in custody since August 1st after she refused to testify in front of a Grand Jury in Aaron's case.

She was indicted on a criminal contempt charge for her refusal to testify and is expected to be arraigned later today in court in Fall River.

Some feel that Tanya is trying to protect Aaron, as she has a connection to Ernest Wallace, one of the men who was riding with him the night of the murder. Sources say she purchased him a bus ticket soon after Odin Lloyd was killed.

Tanya could be withholding some important information, and if she does eventually testify, there's a possibility it can lead to a huge breakthrough.

Aaron still needs to appear in court in the future for his arraignment, but a date still hasn't been set.

Ashton Kutcher's 12-Year-Old SWATTER Charged For Ill-Advised Prank!

ashton kutcher swatter charged 12 year old boy hacking felony prank court

Uh-oh!

This law-breaking little guy might face a fate much worse than a spanking!!

The 12-year-old boy who delivered a deadly SWAT team to Ashton Kutcher's house is being charged with four felonies!

In October, the kid allegedly Punk'd Ashton and emergency responders by telling them intruders armed with guns and explosives had laid siege to the Two and a Half Men star's mansion.

While it sounds like a HIGHlarious prank, this young man did more than just scare the crap out of Ashton — his hoax wasted tax-payer money, put lives in danger, and tied up invaluable personnel!!

The unnamed minor is charged with two felony counts of making false bomb threats and two more for computer intrusion.

His Juvenile Court arraignment is Friday.
