Just when we were starting to forget about some of the horrible things Chad Johnson has done, we get pulled riiiiiiight back in!

Chad now has an arrest warrant out, stemming from his domestic violence conviction involving his now ex-wife Evelyn Lozada! Apparently he has failed to report to his probation officer, which is like, rule #1 when you're on probation! DUH!

The world has pretty much collectively agreed that it's a straight-up MIRACLE that Lindsay Lohan made it safely into the Betty Ford Center to begin her 90-day sentence in lockdown rehab before a warrant for her arrest was issued, and apparently, the judge handling her probation violation case, Jim Dabney, agrees!

So much so, in fact, that he told the woman who made it all possible, Shawn Chapman Holley, that she single-handedly SAVED her client from certain jail time!

As we all know, it was looking pretty grim for the troubled starlet when she ran away from the unlicensed-for-treatment Morningside Recovery facility the morning she was due to begin her stay, all while her lawyer at the time, Mark Heller, was in the courtroom lying through his teeth about how "ensconced" she was "in the bosom" of the facility! Luckily, LiLo was smart enough to call the attorney she fired and beg her to be taken back on as a client, which led to her making it back into Betty Ford and in compliance with the court by the skin of her teeth!

According to new reports, Judge Dabney was so impressed with Holley's quick maneuvering that he told her this morning:

Looks like Santa Monica City Attorney Terry White is going to have to throw out that warrant we know he was ready to issue for Lindsay Lohan's arrest!

Because it appears that following her last-minute legal circus, which resulted in her canning of attorney Mark Heller and immediate re-hiring of Shawn Chapman Holley, the troubled starlet has been signed, sealed, and delivered to her new, locked-down home for 90 days: the Betty Ford Clinic!

In fact, while there's yet to be an official confirmation, insiders claim that Lindsay actually made it to the Rancho Mirage facility before midnight last night…which means that she fulfilled her obligation to be enrolled by May 2nd!

That's right! Despite telling Morningside Recovery that she didn't need rehab, sources close to her now assert that she's FINALLY ready to cooperate and stop making the lives of everyone around her miserable!

And it's all thanks to Miz Holly!

When a judge has the ability to ship your butt off to the pokey, it's rarely a smart idea to get on his bad side!

Nevertheless, that's exactly what Lil' Flip did when he failed to appear in court this morning to defend himself against last year's drug/gun arrest!!

After the defendant didn't show up, the judge banged his gavel and held him! in contempt of court! Now there's a warrant out for the rapper's arrest!

Bow Wow can finally find a lil' peace in his life and return to his home in Georgia without getting arrested on sight.

The rapper and actor, who lives with his mother in Atlanta, was a wanted man after failing to pay a $92,749 tour bus bill from 2009, but he finally opened up his checkbook and paid the damn thing.

That's a relief. We would have hated to watch Bow Wow tarnish his reputation and go to jail over a tour bus bill.

Bow Wow has already had quite a bit of legal trouble in the new year, as he's wanted in Georgia for avoiding a tour bus bill and civil lawsuit against him, and now he's being sued by a limousine company!

Deadbeat alert!

An arrest warrant has been issued for Kill Bill star Michael Madsen.

Michael's accused of allegedly owing around $570,000 in child and spousal support payments.

A judge found him in contempt and issued a warrant for his arrest after he failed to show up for a hearing last week.

If he is caught (and hopefully he will be), he'll be thrown in jail and will have a bail set at $26,000.

Sheesh!

How could someone accumulate so much in child and spousal support debt?? Hopefully an arrest warrant will finally wake him up and he'll learn his lesson.
