Not good!

As of December 27th, Teen Mom's Amber Portwood has been formally charged by the Madison County Prosecutor's office with three Class D felonies for her altercations with baby daddy Gary Shirley - which include two counts of domestic battery and one count of neglect of a dependent - and one misdemeanor charge of domestic battery!

Furthermore, a warrant for her arrest has been issued!

If convicted, she could face up to three years in jail and fines of up to $10,000.

Seems so unfortunate! But actions have consequences, bb!

We just want whatever's best for little Leah!

Thoughts?? Does Amber deserve to be sentenced so harshly?

How many times has been this now? One, two, a bajillion??

Randy Quaid's wife, Evi, has missed yet another court date, which means yet another warrant is out for her arrest.

She failed to appear for a probation hearing on Thursday in Santa Barbara as she and her husband remain in Canada. They are seeking asylum from from the "Hollywood star-whackers."

At Thursday's hearing, their lawyer, Robert Sanger, withdrew from the case and declined to comment.

Smart move.

Evi indicated that she didn't want to leave her husband in Canada to go deal with the case in California. She now faces a new $100,000 arrest warrant.

You can't run forever.

And he doesn't even know what it's for!

WTF?!?

A judge in Suffolk County, NY has issued an arrest warrant for Michael Lohan from a woman who claims that he's the daddy of her child.

The warrant is said to be issued from a child support case in Montana, where the woman sued Michael and won an uncontested judgment because he never opposed the claim.

When Michael was asked about the arrest warrant though, he apparently knew nothing about it and claims that he was a day late on his second child support payment so he thinks the warrant stems from that.

Um, weird?

Why do we think there's something more to this story…

Oh yeah - because it's Michael effin' Lohan.

Here we go!

As of this morning, Lindsay Lohan's probation has been revoked and a warrant for her arrest has been issued.

Now, Lindsay is court ordered to appear in front of the NO mercy of Judge Fox on Friday morning. Along with her warrant, the probation report was filed, confirming that she tested positive for both coke and meth.

Sad face, girl. There won't be much leniency for you this time, Lindsanity!

After Mexican authorities issued an arrest warrant on Monday for reality show producer Bruce Beresford-Redman, he insists that he is innocent in the murder of his wife Monica.

He gave the following statement:

"I am devastated at her loss; and I am incensed at the suggestion that I could have had anything to do with her death. I am innocent.

Monica was the axis around which our whole family revolved. From her sisters and parents to my parents and of course to our children and me, she was everything to us. My children have had one parent taken from them by a senseless act of violence. I implore the Mexican authorities not to take their remaining parent by a miscarriage of justice and to do what is right not just what is expedient."

We highly doubt that's going to happen.

The couple's two children, both under 5-years-old, are in the temporary custody of Bruce's parents. Our thoughts are with them.

Watch Lindsay go on and on about how she's "in compliance" with her alcohol education classes even though she's about to jump on a plane to Cannes and will most likely miss her court date THIS THURSDAY.

Um, we guess she forgot that that the judge ordered her to complete alcohol education classes and be in court this week or else she'll be issued with a warrant for her arrest.
