Lane Garrison, the former Prison Break actor charged for domestic violence this past spring, has finally been released from jail!
He spent over 2 months behind bars after being arrested on April 22 for allegedly slapping his ex-girlfriend, Ashley Mattingly, and said it "feels amazing" to be free on his $50,000 bail.
On his way out, he told sources that he couldn't comment on the case. After maintaining his innocence and swearing he doesn't believe in domestic violence , he said:

Which will probably be pretty easy because Lane Garrison is stuck in jail until parole board officials lift his hold AND even if they do, he's gotta pay a $50,000 bail after that.
The former Prison Break actor has been charged with misdemeanor domestic violence for allegedly slapping Ashley Mattingly in the lobby of her Beverly Hills apartment building.
He was expected to plead not guilty during his court appearance on Wednesday, but the judge postponed the arraignment until Friday because

It's been a few days coming and the video evidence was a little fuzzy, but the El Lay District Attorney has formally charged Lane Garrison with misdemeanor domestic violence.
Although he swears he did not slap his ex-girlfriend, Ashley Mattingly, the authorities determined the video evidence said differently. Plus, we heard a witness stepped forward, so it sounds like Mr. Garrison is in some serious trouble.
Since he is on parole, the actor is being

A security camera wasn't the only thing watching Lane Garrison throw down with his girlfriend last Saturday — there was a witness too!
And that doesn't help the former Prison Break actor's case. Although he has sworn the surveillance footage is misleading and he did NOT slap Ashley Mattingly, sources say the case is "looking very grim" for him.
Lane is maintaining that the slap we thought we saw was actually him reaching to grab his cell phone out of Ashley's hands. That could be, but here is what a law enforcement official had to say:

Despite surveillance footage showing Lane Garrison taking a swing at his ex-girlfriend, Ashley Mattingly, he's STILL swearing his innocence.
After watching the footage from various cameras stationed around the Beverly Hills apartment complex, it seemed pretty clear to us that he was the aggressor. Not only was he waiting for the Playboy Playmate to come home, but he bypassed a security gate and followed her into the elevator despite her protests. Then after a shoving match began in the lobby, the footage shows what LOOKS like Lane slapping the poor girl.
Still in prison after the domestic violence arrests, the former Prison Break actor says

What a LIAR!
Ugh! This guy has some serious issues and we feel absolutely terrible for his ex-girlfriend!
Yesterday, we learned that Lane Garrison was arrested for an alleged domestic violence altercation with Playboy Playmate Ashley Mattingly. The former Prison Break actor swore he did not harm her and his lawyer even suggested that she faked bruises to get him in trouble with his probation.
However, security camera footage from the Beverly Hills apartment building lobby where the incident went down tells the real story and Garrison CLEARLY slaps this poor girl.
The lies only continue too.
