On Tuesday night, Afroman — known for his song Because I Got High — was arrested after punching a female fan in the face after she hopped up on stage during his performance in Biloxi, MI.
He was charged with assault.

The victim was escorted off stage by security and later filed a police report.
After the concert, the artist — whose real name is Joseph Edgar Foreman — was taken into custody by law enforcement outside the Kress Live venue.
The marijuana enthusiast was booked and was eventually released on a $330 bond.
The performer's rep is claiming that the concert hall lacked proper security, and that 40-year-old couldn't tell that the fan was female or what her intentions were.
Regardless, we hope justice is brought down on those responsible.
