Ray J Walks Away From His Sexual Battery & Assault Of An Officer Case Almost Completely Scot-Free!

ray j cops plea deal battery case wow

Well this is a lucky break for him!

Ray J was arrested for sexual battery and assault on a police officer a couple months ago, but it looks like almost all the charges are being dropped…Like his sex tape with Kim Kardashian! LOL.

Anyway, all the charges are set to be wiped away with the exception of a misdemeanor for trespassing!

So, that means his assault on a police officer, resisting arrest, and sexual battery charges are all gone!

Well, under the condition that he will: be on probation for three years, complete 50 hours of community service, go to 12 anger management sessions, and another 12 alcohol therapy sessions.

Oh, and he has to stay away from the Beverly Wilshire Hotel and pay the police back for the car window he broke.

That's a lot of stuff to do, but it's better than having all those charges on your record

Chris Brown Admitted To Violating His Probation! NOT To Assault!

chris brown pleads guilty probation violation not assault

It’s time to get the facts straight!

When reports of Chris Brown’s extended jail sentence were first released, word on the street was that he’d admitted that he was involved in his assault case.

That’s actually a little different from the truth.

Brown admitted his guilt for the probation violation, not the D.C. assault charges. The singer’s lawyer Mark Geragos said that there was enough evidence for a guilty plea in regard to the probation.

However, Geragos added that this admission doesn’t mean that Brown did anything wrong in his D.C. assault case.

Until his day in court though, Breezy will still be spending his days in a cell.

Chris Brown Could End Up In Prison Over A Felony Charge! Find Out Why HERE!

chris brown possible felony charge

This is what happens when you do dumb things.

Chris Brown is on his way to Washington, D.C. right now for his misdemeanor assault case, which his lawyer, Mark Geragos, is trying to get dropped.

But the prosecution just threw a bedazzled wrench into their plans!

They’ve filed the docs to take the case to a grand jury for a felony prosecution, and they say they have the evidence to back it up due to the hospitalization of the alleged victim. If convicted, this could land Breezy in prison!

However, Geragos says the prosecution is just doing a dry run of the trial and wants the charges dismissed.

We’ll just have to see how it all plays out in the court room.

Chris Brown's Alleged Homophobic Assault Victim Hits Back- With A Multi Million Dollar Lawsuit!

chris brown sued million dollar lawsuit washington dc homophobic assault case

Chris Brown is facing more than assault charges for his alleged homophobic slur-laden Washington, D.C. beatdown.

Victim Parker Adams has become the plaintiff in a $3 MILLION lawsuit against Chris and his bodyguard Christopher Hollosy over the fracas!

Adams wants one million dollars per defendant for his injuries and an extra half nil each for punitive damages- just to teach Breezy a lesson!

Pretty steep! And even if Chris isn't found guilty of the assault, he could still have to pay as it's an entirely different court system!

Chris is still saying he was just defending himself. But can even Breezy breeze through TWO different trials?
