Meanwhile, On X Factor UK…

We've been in such a tizzy over the X Factor stateside that we forgot to check in with our contestants over the pond!

Check out this incredible Judges' House audition from the amazingly FAB and talented, Misha Bryan, who performs this really unique cover of Fly by Nicki Minaj in front of Kelly Rowland and guest-judge Jennifer Hudson (above)!

We definitely agree with the ladies' assessment that she could have really opened up vocally at the end, but this gurl has a great stage presence and a voice that's definitely all her own, and we are excited to see where a little guidance and training can take her!

All KINDS of potential!

Well done, Misha!

Lawyer Says Lindsay Is A "Fragile Lost Child!"

Everyone gets it but HER!

Although Stuart V. Goldberg will not be representing Lindsanity now that Shawn Chapman Holley has resigned, the lawyer sat down with the hard pAArtying wacktress, her delusional famewhoring mother Dina, and little sis Ali over the weekend, and what he reveals is not pretty!

He says:

"My impression of Lindsay is that she's a fragile lost child – a sleeping beauty with her head in the sand. I found her not fully forewarned of the consequence of her actions. I'm concerned that she's not disciplined or tethered enough to the reality of adult consequences. She doesn't seem to have the awareness of what's going to befall her. My real worry for her is not just the jail time, but my fear is that she's overly susceptible to a probation system that's set up for her to fail."

During their six hour meeting, Goldberg reported that Lindsay took bizarre, erratic notes like she did during her hearing, while Ali asked “astute” questions.

The lawyer also asked her if she was going to hurt herself, a question to which “she started sobbing quietly. She was genuinely in pain."

He also claims that upon suggestion that she leave Los Angeles, “she was like Teflon to that comment. It just slid right off her. She seemed to have some inner deep sadness that that was her fate."

Now we see why he abandoned the case! You can only help someone so much, and feel so much sympathy for their circumstances, but Lindsay outright REFUSES to take responsibility and the actions necessary to HELP HERSELF.

So tragic.

Thoughts??
