We previously mentioned that Penn State's ex-president, Graham Spanier, is now facing charges related to the Jerry Sandusky sex abuse scandal.

We had said that the former athletic director Tim Curley and Penn State's ex-vice president Gary Schultz were also going to be charged for their inaction during the whole scandal.

Well it's official now, Curley and Schultz were arraigned in court today in a ten minute hearing.

Pennsylvania prosecutors are getting ready to charge Penn State's former president Graham Spanier in connection with the Jerry Sandusky sex abuse scandal!

They are planning on charging him with perjury and obstruction of justice for allegedly covering up Sandusky's child abuse.

He was fired from Penn State during the Sandusky scandal after serving as the university's president for 16-years.

Two men are accused of lying to a grand jury about Jerry Sandusky sexually abusing children, and a judge has just thrown out the motion to dismiss those charges.
