Seriously guys, just look at that happy and healthy face plastered all over Richard Simmons.
It's gorgeous, he's gorgeous, and his attitude is the shimmering jewel of our lives.
All it takes is for him to strike some poses outside of his studio, and we're instantly happy!
Hope all is well, Richard!

How beautiful is this message??
If you can play, you can play.
We love that there are pro-players out there that are supporting the new LGBT initiative to allow anyone who wants to play to only be judged on how they play, and their attitude — and not caring about whether or not they're gay or straight!
Just think of how many incredible athletes this could inspire. Looking up to someone who is openly gay and a great player, and being able to say: if they did it, so can I!
Wow! Check out the video above!
If you're worried you may be depressed, it may be time to make some dietary changes. Nutritional therapy practitioner and FitPerez correspondent Margaux J. Rathbun believes vitamin B is the key to happiness, writing:
Depression is a condition that affects many people around the world. From feeling constantly fatigued to having severe headaches, the symptoms of depression can really affect the way people think, act, and feel. Fortunately, changes in our diet can help us feel better. Be sure that you are eating foods rich in B vitamins, like whole grains and leafy green vegetables.
I like to include happiness/healing-promoting foods that include watercress, black beans, broccoli, and spinach in my diet. These foods will help improve nerve function and give you a natural boost of energy. Also be sure to include plenty of good fats in your diet from foods like avocados, nuts, chia seeds from The Chia Co, flax seeds, Barlean’s cold-pressed organic coconut oil, and olives. Some herbs that can aid in mood-boosting include skullcap, St. John’s Wort, lemon balm, and chamomile. Avoid eating artificial foods full of additives as this can make you feel worse. Fresh is best!
No matter what we do or who we are, all we really want from life is to be happy! Is that too much to ask?
This week, a reader named Karen wrote to FitPerez's own professional life coach, Dr. J, to find out the secret of happiness, asking:
"This may sound silly but why am I happy when only good things happen?"
Dr. J says:
When was the last time You Fevered for Fun? Our Happiness is fueled by how we truly feel about life. Delaying one's gratification can be a great discipline, but suppressing one's smile can be a serious health risk. Nothing is wrong about Gassing-up our Glee and our Chi while celebrating each step of the journey. Happiness is an action-adventure; rewarding ourselves during the process should not be a horror flick. Jailing one's Joy when only good things happen diminishes your decadence and delight during each and every day! Once you truly give yourself permission to play more You will not wait around for affinity. Rather, your gladness will grow and branch-off into unexpected pleasures and pursuits!
