How beautiful is this message??
If you can play, you can play.
We love that there are pro-players out there that are supporting the new LGBT initiative to allow anyone who wants to play to only be judged on how they play, and their attitude — and not caring about whether or not they're gay or straight!
Just think of how many incredible athletes this could inspire. Looking up to someone who is openly gay and a great player, and being able to say: if they did it, so can I!
Wow! Check out the video above!

If you're worried you may be depressed, it may be time to make some dietary changes. Nutritional therapy practitioner and FitPerez correspondent Margaux J. Rathbun believes vitamin B is the key to happiness, writing:
Depression is a condition that affects many people around the world. From feeling constantly fatigued to having severe headaches, the symptoms of depression can really affect the way people think, act, and feel. Fortunately, changes in our diet can help us feel better. Be sure that you are eating foods rich in B vitamins, like whole grains and leafy green vegetables.
I like to include happiness/healing-promoting foods that include watercress, black beans, broccoli, and spinach in my diet. These foods will help improve nerve function and give you a natural boost of energy. Also be sure to include plenty of good fats in your diet from foods like avocados, nuts, chia seeds from The Chia Co, flax seeds, Barlean’s cold-pressed organic coconut oil, and olives. Some herbs that can aid in mood-boosting include skullcap, St. John’s Wort, lemon balm, and chamomile. Avoid eating artificial foods full of additives as this can make you feel worse. Fresh is best!

We're glad to see he's keeping a
cocky positive attitude!
Last we heard from X Factor's Astro, he was admitting that he is ignorant and has more to learn…but he also made it clear that he's going to keep on coming up with original material every day.
Now, Astro has opened up further about his future plans, and he's had the following to say about them:

Last week, Astro displayed very poor behavior on the stage of X Factor. When he was put in the bottom two, he gave some major 'tude and it didn't sit well.
Stacy Francis ended up being the one to go (bout time), but Astro was still left with a lot of explaining to do.
We even got the EXCLUSIVE word that he blatantly disobeys producers' rules on the show! SMH!
But we're guessing Astro is finally realizing the effect of his actions, because he went to his Facebook to make an apology:

Wow, Simone Battle!
One of our favorite contestants to audition for X Factor showed up to perform Your Song by Elton John for the judges at Bootcamp, and, well, check it out for yourselves (above)!
We're rooting for you, gurl, but you need to tone down the cockiness and get your head in the game!
Don't tell the judges why there's no one else out there like you - SHOW them!

No matter what we do or who we are, all we really want from life is to be happy! Is that too much to ask?
This week, a reader named Karen wrote to FitPerez's own professional life coach, Dr. J, to find out the secret of happiness, asking:
"This may sound silly but why am I happy when only good things happen?"
Dr. J says:
When was the last time You Fevered for Fun? Our Happiness is fueled by how we truly feel about life. Delaying one's gratification can be a great discipline, but suppressing one's smile can be a serious health risk. Nothing is wrong about Gassing-up our Glee and our Chi while celebrating each step of the journey. Happiness is an action-adventure; rewarding ourselves during the process should not be a horror flick. Jailing one's Joy when only good things happen diminishes your decadence and delight during each and every day! Once you truly give yourself permission to play more You will not wait around for affinity. Rather, your gladness will grow and branch-off into unexpected pleasures and pursuits! Johnathon Schaech might need to reconsider the next time he wants to marry an actress!
He's Christina Applegate's ex, and now he's the ex of One Tree Hill's Jana Rae Kramer, as their divorce has now been finalized.
Nothing seems to be bad about it as far as attitudes go, both of them waived spousal support. But they've had plenty of time to let their negativity cool, because she filed for divorce back in August last year, and the couple had actually been separated just 12 days after their wedding.
We wonder if the guests got their gifts back.
