Gay Marriage Ban In Kentucky Will NOT Be Defended By Attorney General! Watch His Tear-Jerking Announcement HERE!

This is what courage looks like!

Earlier this month, a federal judge overturned a ban on same-sex unions and granted statewide recognition to gay couples of Kentucky who were married in other states.

So, while same-sex marriages are still not legal in the Bluegrass State, any marriages performed in states where it IS legal would be recognized, giving couples permission to change their names to that of their spouse, file joint tax returns, and any other benefits that are awarded to a married couple in Kentucky.

Sounds awesome, right?!

Well, the ruling (no surprise) was met with much condemnation from the social conservatives of Kentucky, including from Democratic Governor Steve Beshear.

Yeah, a Democrat is against this!

He announced that the state would appeal this decision in hopes to reinforce the ban that Kentucky voters overwhelmingly supported back in 2004.

But the state’s Attorney General, Jack Conway, has decided to stand up AGAINST discrimination and is refusing to be a part of the appeal!

At his press conference, Conway was overcome with emotion, choking up as he said:

California Appeals Court Rules DNA Testing Arrestees Is Totally Cool!

Much like getting your fingerprints taken and saved on file, if you are arrested for a felony your DNA will be saved too.

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled in a 2-1 decision that a 2004 California law requiring officials to collect DNA samples of criminals is constitutional because it is not an unreasonable search.

Since DNA evidence can be used to solve crimes, Judge Milan Smith wrote:

Farrah Fawcett Foundation Under Investigation For Fraud

Farrah Fawcett

Uh oh, this can't be good.

The California Attorney General's Office of Charitable Trust is investigating the Farrah Fawcett Foundation for potential mismanagement of funds, diversion of assets, and fraud!

The foundation formed in 2009 after Farrah Fawcett lost her long battle with cancer. Its mission is to provide funding for alternative methods of cancer research, prevention, and awareness.

Both the Farrah Fawcett Foundation and the Farrah Fawcett Living Trust, which funds the foundation, had been ordered at some point during the summer to turn over their financial records and estate planning documents within 60 days.

Richard B. Francis, the trustee of the estate and chairman of the foundation, as well as the foundation's president, Alana Stewart, are calling the investigation outrageous, but are being fully cooperative.

It's so sad to see hear of possible fraud in an organization meant to honor the late actress and provide funds to fight the disease that took her life!

We're crossing our fingers that this is just a misunderstanding!

The Attorney General Launches Criminal Inquiry Into Arnold Schwarzenegger!

Oh boy. This is going to get a whole lot uglier.

After reports circulated that Sacramento Hyatt Regency security officer William Taylor used to witness former Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger using CHP officers and vehicles to bring multiple 'scantily-clad' women in and out of his suite at the hotel, the California Attorney General will be conducting a preliminary evaluation, or an "inquiry" into his behavior during that time, so they can determine how much money he was misusing to cover up his affairs!

As Taylor has explained:

“It makes me very angry just to think of what was going on at that time. On three differed occasions after the governor arrived alone at the Hyatt Regency, CHP Dignitary Protection Services arrived in their official vehicles, black Ford Crown Victoria sedans - about one to two hours later with one or two young females. They'd hurriedly escort the women through the service entrance on the second floor parking garage to the elevator that went to the governor's private wing… the women would usually stay for two to four hours and either leave through the hotel's main entrance or be driven away by the CHP in the same official vehicles."

Unbelievable. This guy really has a lot of nerve, given the current deficit in this state!

Actions have consequences, and we think Arnold is going to be learning this lesson the hardest way possible!

Such a deplorable, awful shame.
