Sources are reporting that Meryl Streep and Julia Roberts are in talks to star in a film version of August: Osade County as mother and daughter! The Pulitzer and Tony Award-winning play is about the grieving pair, mercilessly arguing with each other, following the death of the family's patriarch.
In other words, this shiz is deep and that means nothing but A-game from the A-listers!
If they sign on for the project, we might as well just hand them their Oscars now!
