It’s almost time for True Blood! But while fans gear up for the sixth season, it’s the beginning of the end for the show’s source material, The Southern Vampire Mysteries.

Charlaine Harris, the author of the books on which the show was based, is bringing the Sookie Stackhouse series to an end with the thirteenth and final novel Dead Ever After. And yet, her fans are not happy — in fact, they’re so upset that they’ve been sending the writer some threats!

We're saddened to hear that Oprah's favorite poet/author, Maya Angelou, had been hospitalized!

It was brief, luckily, and she IS back at home in North Carolina recovering — we just have no idea why she was put into the hospital in the first place! There are no details!

The only other thing we're hearing is that her medical team has ordered her to NOT travel anywhere for the next three to four weeks!

Such a bummer!

At 85, we hope she's okay! Feel better soon, Maya!

The best-selling Game Of Thrones book series has became a smash hit HBO show, thanks to great adaptation

Usually as show runner, David Benioff is rewriting author George R. R. Martin, but this time it's George doing the correcting!

David mistakenly said viewers could see the writer onscreen this season, but George says it's not gonna happen!

Much to the dismay of many devastated Twi-hards, Stephenie Meyer is taking a much needed break from vampires and werewolves and has moved on to bigger and better things.
