Debbie Reynolds Once Wrote Her 'Greatest Fear' Was Outliving Carrie Fisher: 'I Don't Know If I Could Survive That'
On Wednesday, the world lost iconic actress Debbie Reynolds, after she suffered a fatal stroke at 84 years old. Her sudden death came just one day after her daughter, Carrie Fisher, died from cardiac arrest.
Sadly, the acclaimed star seemed to predict this grim tragedy in her 2013 autobiography Unsinkable.
In the book, the Singin' In The Rain leading lady opened up about the possibility of losing a child, admitting it was the one thing that scared her the most:
"It's not natural to outlive your child. This has always been my greatest fear."
