Miley Cyrus was spotted at her 18th birthday party getting hot and heavy with Nickelodeon star and rumored boyfriend, Avan Jogia.

Wearing a bikini top and jeans, Miley and her new boytoy were having quite the make-out sesh around 2 in the morning at Trousdale in West Hollywood.

Sources say things are hearing up between Miley and Nickelodeon star Avan Jogia. The two have "been hanging out and getting closer" over the past couple of weeks and it looks like that's as far as it's going to go for now.

The Disney starlet insists on being single for her upcoming birthday when she turns the big 1-8.

Sorry, Avan. Miley just can't be tamed right now.
