Capt. Clarence Holmes, a married Army football coach, is refusing to add a child he fathered out of wedlock in 2009 to his health insurance, despite the boy's rare disability.

Now Nicole Logsdon, the mother of Holmes' 22-month-old son Grayson Logsdon, is suing him because the boy was born with a tongue condition, which requires a $2,000 surgery she can't afford.

Battle of the radio interviews!!

Earlier today Justin Bieber talked about the baby mamma allegations on a NYC radio show.

Now Mariah Yaeter's lawyer Jeffrey Leving, stopped to chat on a morning radio talk show to get HER lies side of the story!!

Leving claims that the alleged texts from Justin's baby momma's phone (that talked about another guy being her son's father) were untrue and that she is more than willing to go forward with her case. Yeah… we saw that one coming.

Jack Osbourne knows how to treat his ladies!

He took his new pregnant fiance for lunch with his mumzie Sharon on Saturday afternoon at while his dad, Ozzy Osbourne, was hard at work doing a book signing close by at the Grove.

The adorable blonde mum-to-be, Lisa Stelly, sported a casual outfit dressed up by her blinglicious diamond engagement ring.

Chatty Sharon, who had to be dragged away by the arm after lunch by her son Jack, recently said of her first journey into grand-parenthood,

"(I’ll give them) everything! That’s what comes with being a grandmother. You can spoil, you can indulge, and then say, ‘Okay, now let your parents be the ones to teach you right from wrong. I’m not. What do you want? Have it!’”.

We agree! When your babies have babies you should be able to do whatever they want!

Finally Dude!

Earlier today Hip Hop artist The Game proposed to his LONG time girlfriend, Tiffany!

His GF of seven years was shocked when she came to work and her boo was down on one knee. So sweet!!

The couple have two kids together, son named King Justice and a daughter named Cali.

Congrats to the both of you!!

You never know what to believe with these two, but either way, this is pretty horrific.

During Oksana Grigorieva's upcoming interview with Larry King, Mel Gibson's baby mamma revealed that she began recording the actor's rants because she genuinely thought he was going to kill her, and she wanted proof for her mother that he was the guilty party!

She also claims that Mel was never drunk during the monstrous tirades!

She explains:

"I started taping it around 11 o'clock because I thought I'm actually not going to live through the night. I wanted my mother to be able to prove that if I'm dead that this is who did it. There was no liquor, not once. He never drunk. I mean, one time he drunk when he was away. That's the only time he drunk. I've never ever seen him drinking. That's why I keep saying on those tapes, you need medication. He does need medication for the sake of our daughter. He needs to be treated."

In all honesty, from the way he was screaming at her, we don't blame her for thinking that he was going to hurt her! His voice was filled with so much rage!

But again, who knows what was actually going on?

We imagine that there's going to be a lot more allegations and 'he said/she said' nonsense before the truth about them comes out - if it ever does!
