The Usher VS. Tameka Foster child custody drama is getting HEATED!!!

You already know about Ursh’s cryin on the stand after drug use allegations, so you can only IMAGINE what went down after Tam Tam dropped the latest ULTIMATE BOMB on her baby daddy in a hotlanta courtroom….

On Tuesday, Usher was cross-examined on a variety of subjects by Foster's lawyer such as Tameka’a revolving door of nannies, but even Usher himself seemed shocked to hear Tameka’s attorney ask if he had "left Miami because you were discovered in bed with Maya Fox Davis?"

AKA a BRIDESMAID in their wedding!!!

These people are making the Christie Brinkley and Peter Cook divorce scandal seem tame!!!

Usher's attorney objected right away, but not without a little dose of celebrity divorce drama!!!

The episode trial is in currently in recess, but will be back in session in July.

Usher and Tameka Foster have reached their Climax!

The once happy couple is singing to another tune in an Atlanta courtroom as the two face off in the ultimate baby momma DRAH-MA!

SHIZ hit the fan when Tameka’s attorney insinuated that Ursher’s main priority in life was his rock-star lifestyle instead of caring for his chirruns!!!

The pitbull attorney even showed pictures of the pop star pAArtying in Europe back in February as proof causing a visibly distraught Ursher to break down in TEARS.

SO SAD!!!

Tameka’s attorney also continued claims that the singer has an alleged drug use problem, including frequent use of ecstasy, causing him to be unstable father.

Urshaaa DOES admits to lighting up a spliff or two, but maintains that he has NEVER used illegal substances in front of the kiddies.

The two are headed back to court TODAY.

Let's just hope and pray these two resolve their shiz soon for the sake of the kids!!!
