David Beckham's Masseuse Cured Russell Brand's Back!

As if Russell Brand needed any more reasons to love David Beckham!

We previously mentioned that Russell said he would love to eat food off of Beckham's "godly" body.

Now Russell has even more of a man crush on Becks for helping him out with his chronic back pains.

Brand has apparently been suffering back pain while standing for some time now, which is a real issue if your job is "stand up" comedian!

So Becks lent him his personal masseuse to help Brand out… and it apparently cured him of his back pain!

Best Butt-Shaping Exercise Ever!

Many women consider their butt a problem area and they attack it relentlessly every time they step into the gym. However, if the perfect butt is your goal, you'd better take advantage of the most effective exercises to score!

According to Jim Smith, CSCS, of Diesel Strength and Conditioning, strengthening your glutes not only gives you a nicer looking booty, but can help to improve your posture and alleviate back pain as well.

To take advantage of all the benefits stronger glutes offer, he recommends the hip thrust which activates the muscles even more than conventional lunges.

Check out his simple "how to" below and watch the video above for an easy to follow demonstration to perform a proper hip thrust at the gym or at home!

It is performed on the edge of a bench (or off the end of your couch in your home), with your shoulders on the bench and your feet firmly planted on the floor. Bend at the waist while keeping your torso in astraight line and then extend upward locking your hips with a powerful glute contraction. Repeat for 3-4 sets of 8-12 repetitions. Hold each contraction at the top for 3-5 seconds. In the video you'll see two hip thrust variations and a simple way to overload the movement as you start to get stronger.

Thanks for the tip, Jeff!

The Hulk Hurt His Back Being A Pansy!

We can laugh about it since he seems to be on the mend…and because it is pretty damn funny!

Big, macho pro-wrestler Hulk Hogan was admitted to the hospital over the Labor Day weekend after aggravating some of his old back injuries. We weren't sure what exactly he had done to hurt himself again, but according to the Hulk himself, it didn't take much.

Hulk told sources that on the day before he was rushed to the hospital, he and his GF Jennifer were enjoying a stroll on the beach, watching the waves, listening to the birds and…picking up seashells! And there it is!

Hulk explains that the constant bending finally threw his back out of whack and the next morning, he could "barely move." His doctors have told him they believe he has suffered a tear to one of his muscles, but they will know more when more tests are run.

Poor guy! We hope he feels better soon!

And when he does get released, we hope he will lay off the strenuous activity!
