Well, so much for that!

The world was pretty collectively floored when last year, Mickey Rourke praised his co-star in the apparently very terrible (and direct-to-DVD) Passion Play, Megan Fox, as one of the best actresses of our time, but now that the flick is pretty much sinking without a trace, the eccentric actor has HIGHlariously changed his tune!

If you recall, he was quoted as saying:

"I don’t know if a lot of her films have showcased her acting ability more than, say, being action-oriented, but she really stepped up the plate with this one and was very consistent and professional, beyond her years. At 23, I couldn’t do half of what she’s doing."

Well, this was NOT the case last night, when he was interviewed outside a screening of Scream 4.

What about your movie with Megan Fox and Bill Murray?

Terrible. Another terrible movie. But, you know, in your career and all the movies you make, you’re going to make dozens of terrible ones.

You called Megan Fox, like, one of the best actresses of all time.

That I worked with [smirk].

That movie’s getting limited release.

That’s because it’s not very good.

LOLz! Oh, man! This is pretty amazing, we're not going to lie!

But on the upside, Foxy, Mickey's had a lot of female co-stars in a lot of movies, so we guess there's still a compliment somewhere in there!

And hey!

There will probably be a Transformers 4 at some point, so maybe if you're on your best behavior, they'll let you come back for that!

Time for some backtracking.

After stating in her upcoming memoir, All That Is Bitter & Sweet, that some hip-hop artists, including Snoop and Diddy, promote a "rape culture," Ashley Judd is responding to the backlash surrounding her comments.

She says:

"My intention was to support artists to know that they have so much power. That they make incredible life changing impressions, particularly on the young. And we have choices everyday with our expressions, either empower and celebrate people or to re-enforce inequality and degradation."

She continued:

"There are elements, and that is the part that has been so distorted… what I'm being accused of is condemning rap and hip-hop as a whole, and the whole community and when they say community, they mean the fans, and African-Americans, it's become so generalized.

"My intention was to take a stand to say the elements of that musical expression that are misogynistic and treat girls and women in a hyper-sexualized way that are inappropriate. That is not acceptable in any artistic expression, in any cultural form, whether its country music or in television story lines. And if they read more than one paragraph in the book, they would see that all four hundred pages are about that," she concluded."

Well, if she had just said this in the first place then she could have avoided the backlash.

Uh-oh! We guess she didn't take too kindly to some of the speculation made about her comments!

Shortly after Britney Spears released her music video for Hold It Against Me, Katy Perry recently took some - what many perceived to be - digs at artists who blatantly fill them with product placement via Twitter!

However, what she wrote was apparently not meant specifically for Brit Brit, or as she now backtracks explains, anyone in particular!

She wrote:

Dear tabloid media aka FILTH: pls note I expressed an overall feeling bout product placement, their roles in vids & the art of them being…complimenting or sticking out. Most, if not ALL popsters welcome deals w/products 2 offset costs of big budget vids in these recessional…music industry times. I'VE used them in MY vids before & am happy 2b able 2 make a better vid because of. Once AGAIN, stop pitting artists..against artist for ur sensational satisfaction & stick to what ur best @: lying, gossiping, exaggerating & overall lending a hand 2 the……deterioration of a generation.

Wowza! Some pretty serious words!

You know we love you, bb, but we don't think it's particularly fair for you to tweet about "some artists" and expect your readers to not wonder of whom you're speaking!

Sounds like someone is regretting her choice of words!

Barbra Streisand says she didn't mean to diss Glee and misspoke when she said she would never appear on the hit show.

After being asked about whether or not she'd consider doing the show, Babs replied, "Not if I can help it."

Whomp whomp!

She's doing a little damage control now, saying:

"When asked if I would ever appear on Glee, I should have said, 'You never know.' It was wrong to say, 'Not if I can help it.'

What I meant was that I’ve been overwhelmed preparing for my performance on MusiCares, the Grammys, recording a new album, and starting a new movie. So I couldn’t take on any more work, and besides that, I wasn’t asked."

Nice save, Babs!

Let's hope that one magical day you will appear on the show…and duet with Princess Lea, please!

Good, lord. Pick a side!

After all that complaining about her nipple-baring W magazine spread and accusing the glossy of taking advantage of her, Kim Kardashian now says she absolutely loves those nude photos.

The flip-flopper told Us Magazine Thursday night:

"Looking back, I love the photos, W magazine is iconic so I'm really happy that I did it and that those are the photos. It's just that that's not what I thought they were going to be. Obviously I'm comfortable posing nude — I've done that before, and I did that then for the magazine. But that's probably not the direction I would've wanted to go if I thought that was going to be the case."

Umm, what did you think they were going to do when they covered your body in silver body paint???

Kim goes on to say:

"When you shoot something, you hope that it turns out the way that you expected it to be. But looking back, that was my initial reaction when I saw the pictures and I was just really upset. I do think the pictures are beautiful."

So how long until she poses nude again? Any guesses???

Hmm. Someone sure didn't like the fast and brutal backlash from fans!

In an interesting twist, the executive producer of Fox and Friends, which reportedly banned Joan Rivers from the show because of her past remarks about Sarah Palin, has come forward with a statement in regards to the ban…or lack there of, to be exact.

According to Lauren Petterson, Joan is more than welcome to come on the show and the cancelation has all been a huge misunderstanding. She explains:

“Due to the volume of news topics tomorrow morning and a full show, our booker mistakenly canceled Joan’s appearance instead of re-scheduling her for Friday’s show. We’re in the process of booking her on an upcoming show."

Uh-huh. Okay. Sounds like a good idea.
