The Les Misérables actress had originally planned on wearing a beautiful custom dress to the awards show, but the zipper broke!

NOOO!!!

She ended up wearing a beautiful Burberry dress, but you can hear her tell the harrowing tale (above) to Jay Leno.

We LOVE seeing how celebs interpret a couture look for the red carpet.

It's always inneresting!

Elizabeth Olsen wore a Chanel Haute Couture gown from the A/W 2012 collection to the BAFTA Awards in London on Sunday.

The stunning black and white number featured a square neckline, feathered accents on the straps, and sequined rosettes throughout.

That's a lot of stuff!

But Lizzie easily pulled it off and looked GORGEOUS!

Our only wish is that her ginger brown waves were pulled up to put more emphasis on the gown.

Thoughts???

We just liked the sound of the alteration! Didn't you?!

Studs were big today at the Royal Opera House as yet another BAFTA nominee showed up on the red carpet wearing an embellished gown.

Anne Hathaway, nominated for her work in Les Miserables, wore a Burberry gown with a silver, studded bodice.

This is exactly the kind of outfit Catwoman would wear to an award show! Very sleek, very form-fitting, and just a touch of kickass!

Well done, Annie! Another winner!

Hooray! You made it!

Jennifer Lawrence shimmer and shined her way onto the BAFTAs red carpet in a gorgeous Dior Haute Couture gown.

Normally, we'd rather see the Girl on Fire in a blazing red ensemble, but this pale pink, bedazzled floor length number looks simply stunning on her.

She completed her celebratory look with a pair of Jimmy Choo shoes, Chopard jewels, and a Judith Leiber bag.

The only letdown? Her hair. It looks like she just came out of the shower and said, "Meh. I don't feel like blowdrying today."

Take note for the Oscars, J.Law. Full and fluffy is the way to go with your locks!

Amanda Seyfried can certainly be a stunner on the red carpet, but we were a bit baffled by her choice of outfit for the BAFTA Tea Party on Saturday.

Just before she surprised us with her lovely lace number at the Golden Globes, she wore a cream Vionnet dress that would have been lovely if it weren't for that confusing metallic blouse.

She did match the ensemble with metallic Jimmy Choo sandals though, so kudos for being consistent.

At least her hair and makeup looked flawless, just like the darling little Cosette that she is!

Penelope Cruz joined the Hollywood crowd on the BAFTAs red carpet on Sunday night.

The sexy Spanish actress looked lovely in a structured and strapless dark redArmani Prive gown and Chopard jewelry.

We like the dress on Pene, but we can't help but feel a little underwhelmed.

Maybe some bigger earrings or a necklace would have helped take this look to the next level.

Emma Watson had everyone at the Savoy Hotel seeing red on Friday night.

The Harry Potter actress made a special appearance at Lancôme's pre-BAFTA party in a Valentino Pre-Fall red lace dress accented with a big 'ol bow and black Christian Louboutin sandals.

We feel like we've seen this look on Emma before and while we're not loving the shoes, she looks cute.
