While out on vacay with her boyfriend, Vladislav Doronin, Naomi Campbell revealed some pretty shocking bald patches on her head (above)!!

The supermodel was seen enjoying a swim in Ibiza sans makeup and sans weave! And, unfortunately, it seems that her obsession with extensions and weaves have taken a toll on Naomi's head! Sad!

According to stylist Kazumi Morton, it's pretty rare to see this kind of damage done to someone's hair. Morton added
