The Windber Medical Center in southwestern Pennsylvania is no longer delivering babies after March 31 because the childbirth assistants are LEAVING, or going into a new field of work.

According to reports, hospital authorities think they won't be able to pay the obstetricians anymore because of the federal health care act, which is better known as Obamacare.
