After causing an uproar at a Bourbon Street bar in New Orleans this past Tuesday and allegedly assaulting a bartender, Cuba Gooding Jr. may be getting off scot-free.

Despite telling the police that Cuba shoved her not once, but twice during the altercation, the bartender is NOT pressing charges.

A spokeswoman from the Old Absinthe House told sources:

Oh, we like the sound of this!

Zack Morris Mark-Paul Gosselaar will apparently be guest-starring on an episode of the upcoming season of Weeds!!

Better yet, he'll play a bar owner that gets his freak on with Mary Louise Parker's drug dealer Nancy Botwin!

His character, Jack, is described as rough around the edges, so let's hope they take a page out of True Blood's book and show a scruffy Mark all kinds of seksi and nekkid!
