Barack Obama is getting heat once again!

Over the past week, the president made an historic trip to Cuba to restore U.S. relations, and mixed business with pleasure when he attended a few innings of a baseball game on Tuesday.

But many critics weren't happy with Obama's sports spectating and on-air interview with ESPN the same day over 30 people were killed in the Brussels terror attacks.

So, after a video surfaced on Wednesday night featuring POTUS dancing the tango with Michelle Obama at a state dinner in Argentina, commentators put him on blast for his vacation-y optics in the wake of such a tragedy.

Video: Did Bill Clinton Refer To Obama's Presidency As An 'Awful Legacy'?

Thursday morning's panel of MSNBC's Morning Joe agreed that while Obama should not have cancelled his Argentina trip after the Brussels attack, he probably shouldn't be smiling in a Dancing With The Stars-esque photo op the day after he was doing the wave at a baseball game.

Council on Foreign Relations president Richard Haass said:

NY Yankees Star Alex Rodriguez Retiring From Baseball To Be A Full-Time Dad!

It's the end of the A-Rod era as Alex Rodriguez announced his retirement from the MLB on Wednesday.

The New York Yankees third baseman has been playing pro for two decades, much of that dominating the sport, with a career 3,070 hits and 2,055 RBIs.

But 2017, the final year of his $275 million 10-year contract, will also mark his last at bat. He told ESPN:

"I won't play after next year. I've really enjoyed my time. For me, it is time for me to go home and be dad."

Awww! Lucky kids!

Interesting note for his final season: with 687 career home runs, the 40-year-old needs only 28 to catch Babe Ruth as third all-time home run leader behind only Hank Aaron and Barry Bonds.

Good luck, A-Rod!

This is terrifying — but SO good on the dad for doing what he did!

Shaun Cunningham was at a spring training baseball game in Bradenton, Florida on Monday with his eight-year-old son, Landon.

They were there to watch the Pittsburgh Pirates and Atlanta Braves get ready for the MLB season in a few weeks — but they got a whole lot more!

Sitting down the first base line, Cunningham was watching as Landon snapped a picture on his phone to send to his grandmother — that's what kids do, after all — when Pirates outfielder Danny Ortiz was fooled on a swing at the plate.

Unfortunately, the bat slipped from Ortiz's hands and came flying right for the child!

Reacting quickly, Cunningham stuck his hand out to deflect the flying lumber, saving his son's face with INCHES to spare and inadvertently being the subject of a truly incredible set of pictures (above)!!!

The dad was pretty mellow about the experience, telling reporters:
