She sounds insane!

The woman who allegedly attacked Bam Margera with a baseball bat has threatened him and his wife before!

He explains:

"Basically, there's this crazy lady who lives connected to my bar and she complains about loud bass drums. I have bands playing and she calls the police non-stop. She's punched me in the face, filed a police report, threatened to kill me twice, filed two (more) police reports.

"She threatened to kill Missy, my wife, for no reason and then she threatened to burn the place (bar) down, and then she hit me over the head with a baseball bat. Now I don't put it past her if she would burn the place down!"

Whoa! Bam says the woman is lying about the incident since she's telling the police he was hit by a car. Bam says she came at him with a baseball bat. He continues:

"She snuck up behind me and hit me in the back of the head with a baseball bat. I'm lying in a pool of blood in the middle of the road; she calls 911 and says, 'Somebody got hit by a car in front of my house', which is a total lie because she knew I was unconscious, so when I woke up I was like, 'I didn't get hit by a car, she hit me in the head with a bat!'

"Once that happened, they realized she was lying and now she knows she's in big trouble. I don't care if she's in the Bahamas at a beach or at a mental institute or jail, but either way I hope she's out of my sight. I hope she is (in big trouble) cos I was internally bleeding in the brain for two days."

Sounds like a mental institution might be best — what a lunatic!

And that's when things got ugly!

59-year-old Elizabeth Ray was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and reckless endangerment for allegedly attacking Bam Margera with a baseball bat and she is claiming that he used a racial slur in her direction!

"I'm innocent, and he's a jackass just like his movies. He called me the n-word. He uses racial slurs, uses the n-word with black in front of it. I did not hit him, nobody hit him."

But Bam's mother April disagrees saying:

"She hit him over the head with a baseball bat, and she hit him while he was walking to his car. There was no fight. She's just crazy and gives him a hard time all the time."

Yikes!

Racism is not okay, but violence is NEVER the answer!

Jackass star Bam Margera was beaten by a woman outside his bar in West Chester, PA early Saturday morning.

Sources say that a fight occurred outside a bar he owns and ended with a woman allegedly hitting Bam in the back of the head with a baseball bat!

Cops arrested the woman and Bam was taken to Chester County Hospital where he remains.

A love spat or a case of the crazies??

We hope he's okay!
