This is just absolutely disgusting!

New York police are on the lookout for 8 Knicks fans who beat a gay couple while shouting homophobic slurs outside of Madison Square Garden Sunday afternoon!

Brooklyn natives Nick Porto and his boyfriend Kevin Atkins were walking hand-in-hand when they were assaulted by the group of men, leaving them with a broken nose and broken wrist.

Nick claims he was caught off guard by the hate crime, saying:

"I've never had a feeling like this before in the city. I didn't know that it's not over, that this sort of stuff still happens."

Police first said that finding the assailants would be difficult, but now they have gotten their hands on video footage (above) of the men in question and are asking anyone with information on the incident to call them IMMEDIATELY!

We are so upset to hear that people are capable of such disgusting acts and that hate crimes like this are STILL happening! Hopefully police are able to find the men who did this and bring them to justice.

The NBA playoffs are not only stressful for the hoopers, but also for the fans, and Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis proved that hoop games can be nerve wrecking!!

After defeating the Boston Celtics in the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs, the New York Knicks are now taking on the Indiana Pacers.

Game one took place at Madison Square Garden yesterday, and even though the actors were in attendance and doing all the cheering they could, the Pacers still took out the Knicks 102 - 95.

We're sad that the lovebirds' team lost, but since game two is set for tomorrow, we're sure NYC is gonna regain some confidence.

After all, they did have the second best record in the Eastern Conference during the regular season, so there's no way they're gonna let the Pacers take their victory!!

We think not!

Not only is Michelle one of our favorite people on this planet, but she's being joined by a history-maker! Jason just became the first gay player actively still in the NBA, having chosen to come out while he's a free agent so as not to distract any team he was a part of! Even the President Barack Obama called him on the same day to congratulate him!

Tickets are starting at $1,250 per person and go up to $32,400 per couple to chair the event. That's SUPER expensive, but the night is gonna be worth it!

We can't wait to hear how it goes!

Brittney Griner is the best player in the WNBA right now, and she happens to be gay as well. So when Jason Collins found the courage to come out as gay in the NBA, she was inspired to continue her mission to help others live their open and free lives!

The more we hear about Jason Collins' coming out as a gay professional NBA player, the more we're surprised to hear how good he was at keeping it a secret! EVERYONE he told was shocked!

His parents were among those floored by his revelation, and it took them a few moments to wrap their brains around it before they outwardly offered their support. And by moments, we really do mean that — it wasn't as if it took them a month to come to grips. In fact, it was on their way home from getting the news, according to his mom:
