We guess that the recent abuse allegations against Chad Ochocinco from his wife, Evelyn Lozada, have brought up some bad memories for the disgraced NFL player's first victim!

If you recall, he was arrested for misdemeanor domestic battery in 2000 after slapping his college girlfriend, and although he went on to complete a domestic violence batterers' treatment program, his report stated that he "struggled initially with accepting the need to make lifestyle changes as well as minimizing his past behavior."

Chad Johnson, the Miami Dolphins player and reality star formerly known as Chad Ochocinco, was arrested last night when he HEADBUTTED his wife of one month, Evelyn Lozada!

It's hard to call a wedding proposal "the worst ever" since we don't have the complete history of terrible wedding proposals. That being said, it sounds like Chad Ochocinco's way of asking for Evelyn Lozada's hand in marriage was one for the books.

During a radio interview, the Basketball Wives reality star revealed her fiance's not-so-romantic proposal by saying:

"I wish I had a really romantic story to tell you, but it's not so romantic. A jeweler came to the house, had a few rings. He had my ring in a separate box. I, of course, chose that one. (Chad) had a headset on and he was like, 'You like it?' and I was like, 'Yep' and I put it on and he goes, 'Okay cool,' and he started playing Call of Duty."

Oh no! Chad! Why?

At least he bought her a big, shiny diamond ring to make up for his lack of creativity.

Chad Ochocinco and Evelyn Lozado have become VH1's favorite couple.

The stars of former VH1 shows Ochocinco: The Ultimate Catch and Basketball Wives are getting $300K each to film a new series which follows the engaged couple as they prepare for their wedding this Summer.

The untitled show has not been officially announced yet, but is expected to begin filming in the next few weeks for a total of two months.

$600,000 for two months of work isn't a bad way to start off a marriage. That definitely takes care of their kids' college fund!

New England Patriot Chad Ochocinco has decided to re-change his last name back to Johnson.

Why the sudden change of heart?

Well, he's getting married to Basketball Wives star Evelyn Lozada in July and doesn't want his wife to have a fake last name. She could reportedly care less what last name she has as long as she shares it with Chad, but he's made his decision and will change his name back to Johnson before the wedding.

Hey, whatever makes ya happy, Chad! Metta World Peace kinda stole your thunder anyway. LOLz!

Oh those cray Basketball Wives!!

Apparently there had to be a police report filed after an on-set scuffle at a racetrack in Florida!

The fight was between Jennifer Williams and an assistant for Evelyn Lozada, and we're not shocked, and probably never will be, to hear that the cops had to get involved.

Also, we bet the whole thing was caught on camera, too, so we'll look forward to seeing that — ha!

So the ladies were all VIP'd up at the Gulf Stream Race Track in Florida, when Nia Crooks (the assistant) started calling out Jennifer for being — get this — "too big for [her] britches."

If you can call someone something and have it be the least inflammatory insult ever, we're guessing it's being too big for their britches.

After hearing this, some pushing and slapping ensued, which is when security jumped in.

The cops said charges could be pursued, but we haven't heard if they will be yet!
