This is NOT gonna be pretty!
A HUGE pharmaceutical company named AstraZeneca is planning on moving beagles from Sweden to the UK to test for new medicines… but animal rights activists are NOT gonna let that happen!!
The move is supposedly going to be clean and easy, but just knowing that a whole mess of doggies are gonna be shipped off just to be tested on doesn't sit well with the animal lovers.
In hopes to smooth things over, an AstraZeneca spokeswoman said:

As we previously mentioned, Beagles are often used in labs because of their friendly disposition.
Well the Beagle Freedom Project has rescued some more Beagles from a lab.
These dogs are 2-years-old and have never been on grass before, only knowing life inside a lab.
Check out the above video to see these beautiful dogs take their first free steps.

40 purebred Beagles were rescued from an animal testing lab.
The lab was in Spain, and Beagles were chosen simply because they are nice, making them easy to test on.
They were rescued by the Beagle Freedom Project.
Check out the above video to learn more about those rescued doggies.

As we previously mentioned, Dr. Conrad Murray's defense team used Beagles in a study to try and see how much ingested propofol it would take to kill.
Well it didn't take long for that news to reach PETA, who is outraged at the defense team.

This is disgusting.
Dr. Conrad Murray, the guy who
killed is on trial for his part in the death of Michael Jackson, had his legal team commission a study to see how much Propofol, the anesthetic sedative, would have to be ingested to kill you.
Oh yeah, did we mention they tested it on beagles!!
