Yes, that is Shia LaBeouf.

It seems he is gearing up for the harsh winter month of March … in El Lay! LOL!

The actor was spotted on a coffee run with a very Grizzly Adams looking beard and slicked back greasy black hair in a ponytail.

Coupled with a brown and white sweater and brown plaid shirt, Shia is definitely ready for the back country!

From his run-ins with the law and his bar fights, Shia is real wild man!

Regardless, rock whatever style makes you feel comfortable!

Zach Galifianakis has ditched his trademark beard for a handle bar mustache for his new flick with Will Ferrell, Dogfight.

And we must say, he is completely unrecognizeable!

But Zach has gone beardless before during a hosting stint on SNL. But still, this is so foreign!

There's the guy we fell in love with in MOVIE!

Ben Affleck has finally decided to rid his beautiful face of the flourishing follicles that were taking residence on his chin and cheek area. Now that he's done shooting Argo, we imagine he was given the greenlight to have at it with a razor blade!

How liberated he must feel having rid himself of all that hair! A well-trimmed beard is one thing, but it was going all Call Of The Wild on there for awhile.

He still was one of the seksiest men alive while doing so though! Ha!
