Muppet The Pig-Cat Stars In Cute Doritos Super Bowl Commercial!

Ever heard of Muppet the Pig-Cat??

Sounds like a mythological beast or something but it's really just a sweet kitty cat!

Muppet is a cutie cat who was rescued after Hurricane Sandy.

He's called pig-cat because he snorts like a pig when he breathes and it's so stankin' cute!

Muppet is becoming internet famous but he's about to try and make the jump to TV famous!

That's right, he's going to star in his own Doritos commercial in an attempt to get some air time during the Super Bowl.

Think he's got what it takes??

Check out his Doritos commercial (above) and see for yourself!

Another Rare Sea Animal Washes Up On California Shores! This Time It's A Saber-Toothed Whale!!

Saber-toothed whale washes up on California shore!

Does anyone else think this thing bears a striking resemblance to the monster in Tremors?

A rare saber-toothed whale, named the Stejneger’s beaked whale (it's official name), has washed up on the sandy shores of Venice Beach, California!

Before being loaded up in this flatbed truck and taken away for a necropsy (as you can see in the pic above), the 15-foot-long, 2,000-pound beast was found dead about 1,000 miles away from its natural Alaskan habitat.

Cause of death is unknown, but the whale had several cookie-cutter shark bites in it.

They believe the whale was most likely alive when it washed up.

So sad it died by beaching.

One washing up this far south, in this level of of preservation is pretty much unheard of so at least science can learn a lot from it!

Still sad though… poor whale…

The real question is… what's going on with all these rare sea animals washing up on California shores?? Did you SEE the 18-foot Oarfish found last week???

Giant Mechanical Polar Bear Leads Greenpeace Protest

Greenpeace walked a giant polar bear through Central London in protest of Arctic drilling!

Around 3,000 environmentally conscious, caring people marched through the streets of central London as a half protest, half performance demonstration.

They were coming out against oil companies in the Arctic and they were led by a giant mechanical polar bear!!

The giant beast was the size of a double decker bus and required 15 puppeteers and 20 volunteers to walk it down Lambeth Palace Road towards Shell headquarters.

The giant bear led protesters on a call to ban oil and gas drilling in the Arctic as this would affect the habitat of polar bears and could affect the entire environment!

We're pretty sure if you want to send a message and get noticed, a giant, 3-ton bear is certainly a good way to do it! Ha!

Hopefully the gas companies got the message: "Stop messing up the Arctic or we'll use our giant bear to eat your office buildings!"

Or something along those lines. LOLz!

Holy Carp! 515-Pound Halibut May Be World Record!

Man catches record 515-pound Halibut!!

Marco Liebenow is one lucky German!!

He was fishing with tour company Angelreisen Hamburg off the coast of Norway when he caught one heck of a fish…

A 515-pound Halibut to be exact!!

Reeling in that fish apparently felt like pulling in a submarine.

The current record for Halibut is 459-pounds… so this new fish SHATTERS the old record!

After a full 90 minutes, Liebenow and three other men were able to reel in the beast!

What's incredible is the 8.6-foot-long fish wouldn't fit on their boat! So they had to drag the fish back to harbor!

That's so crazy!

Sucks, though, that such an old, large fish had to die. We hope you eat it and use every part!!
