Yesterday Halle Berry's baby daddy, Gabriel Aubry, headed to a El Lay courthouse Tuesday to talk to a judge about his daughter's safety.

According to an insider Gabe asked the judge to prohibit Halle's fiancé Olivier Martinez from having ANY contact with 4-year-old Nahla and also:

"…re-instate his visitation with Nahla after Halle obtained a protective order after Gabe's arrest which doesn't allow him to have any contact with his little girl."

Catya Washington of Bad Girls Club: Miami is quite a peach!

Not only was she arrested last week for possession of a firearm as well as many illegal drugs, including cocaine, ecstasy, and mushrooms, sources have discovered that she was also arrested just a couple weeks before that for an outstanding warrant from an incident in which she beat up another woman.

Sources say that Catya allegedly rear-ended a vehicle that was driven by the wife that she was apparently dating at the time. When Catya and the other woman got out of their cars, she repeatedly hit the woman in the face WITH A CHAIN, and then sprayed a can of mace on her.

WHAT?!?!?! Is this for real???

A couple weeks after the incident, policed tracked Catya down and arrested her for aggravated assault, inflicting serious bodily injury, possession of an instrument of crime, and recklessly endangering another person.
