When Los Angeles police kicked in the door of the wrong apartment, they got the most out of their search warrant!

They forced the innocent occupant, who happened to be former Miss Nevada Caleche Ranae Manos, to show them her hands and everything else!

Now the beauty queen is suing the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department for negligence, false imprisonment, and even sexual harassment. She alleges that cops lingered creepily even after realizing their mistake.

David Copperfield gave us all a scare in 2007 when we heard he was being investigated by the FBI for sexually assaulting a beauty queen in the Bahamas.

Fortunately, his accuser turned out to be a nasty liar and was eventually arrested for making false claims against another man.
