Alicia Guastaferro, a former slightly spoiled teenage beauty queen who was once featured in an ABC episode of Wife Swap, has been arrested and charged with Criminal Impersonation, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and Prostitution!
Even though her parents seemed to give her just about anything she wanted — including a Christmas present every day of the year — the 20-year-old admitted to getting paid "$500 to $700 per night" to have sex with a prominent New York attorney.
When Los Angeles police kicked in the door of the wrong apartment, they got the most out of their search warrant!
They forced the innocent occupant, who happened to be former Miss Nevada Caleche Ranae Manos, to show them her hands and everything else!
Now the beauty queen is suing the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department for negligence, false imprisonment, and even sexual harassment. She alleges that cops lingered creepily even after realizing their mistake.
Ch-ch-check out the video (above) to hear the whole torrid tale of the undressed arrest!
David Copperfield gave us all a scare in 2007 when we heard he was being investigated by the FBI for sexually assaulting a beauty queen in the Bahamas.
Fortunately, his accuser turned out to be a nasty liar and was eventually arrested for making false claims against another man.
The FBI's case against him was dropped and her lawsuit was dismissed, but the damage has been done to his reputation. During an interview with Oprah Winfrey (above), he doesn't look too happy to be looking back on those memz either!
On last Sunday's episode of Oprah's Next Chapter, the illusionist pointed out that
Kris filed pro per, which is legalese for filing without a lawyer, and Bruce's response is set to be filed at the L.A. County Courthouse, according to sources.
The stated reason for the divorce? "Irreconcilable differences."
Apparently, there was no prenup, and the two have already to a split of their property, with all the details having been finalized with their business managers over the last couple of months, according to sources.
Kris and Bruce will share joint custody over Kylie Jenner, but neither will receive spousal support.
And although parting is such sweet sorrow, the divorce is apparently "totally amicable." We sincerely hope they keep up with each other.
