BUT, the Beckhams don't want any old someone buying their sprawling country estate! It seems the pair will only sell to a FAMILY for fear that anyone else would split the home into luxury apartments!

It's the end of an era!

"Beckingham Palace" will no longer belong to Victoria and David Beckham.

Seems like the couple have permanently decided to stay in El Lay and therefore, sell ther $28 million English estate.

The 24-acre mansion is located just north of London in Herfordshire and has 7 bedrooms, a 52-ft garden pavillion with a marble floor, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, a recording studio, and a gym.

Even though the house is absolutely gorgeous and is their home away from home when they visit the UK, it seems that the Beckham fam have firmly planted their feet in Los Angeles soil.

Here's the crazy part! They purchased the place for $4 million and are selling it for 7 times that! Ha!
