Looks like someone had money to burn!

Amber Heard was spotted in West Hollywood on Thursday looking retail therapeutically chic.

The Rum Diary made the trek down Robertson Boulevard in high-waisted bell bottom jeans, a tan leather jacket, white tee and matching peep-toe heels while carrying multiple Monika Chiang bags in each hand.

We're not sure why the actress was wearing a jacket, considering that it's been HOT in the City of Angels lately, but Amber looked good!
