Chaz Bono Proposes To Longtime Girlfriend On Being Chaz!
What a big step!
Chaz Bono proposed to his longtime girlfriend Jennifer Elia atop the Space Needle in Seattle, WA.
Before presenting her with the diamond engagement ring, Chaz said:
"I wanted to pick a special place to give you your birthday present, and I hope you like this."
Afterwards, Jennifer was clearly shocked with the proposal.
