They want an Italian-style villa, complete with its own bowling alley, basketball court, indoor AND outdoor pool, gym, movie theater, and… a FULL hair and makeup SALON!!!

Katie Holmes took the next step to start the next chapter of her life — WITHOUT Tom Cruise!

A PODS moving & storage truck was spotted outside of her former Bel Air home this week, which she once shared with her ex-husband.

Since her new Manhattan apartment can't possibly fit a mansion's worth of belongings, her stuff will be placed in storage for now.

Glad to see Katie continuing to take charge of her life as she prepares for a bright new future with Suri's best interests in mind!

The renovations on their Bel Air lovenest must be complete!

Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux were spotted out in West Hollywood on Tuesday shopping for furniture.

Jen tried to keep a low-pro by wearing a big floppy hat and slipping out the backdoor, but alas! Her tricks were no match for the paps!

We can only imagine what kind of furniture they're going to fill their mansion with.

A chaise lounge for Jennifer to relax in while Justin feeds her freshly picked grapes from their vineyard?

A one of a kind leather sofa to curl up on while watching reruns of Friends?

Sigh. The possibilities are endless.

Ahh! So jealous of whoever snatched this up and even more jealous that Meg Ryan made a couple million bucks on this deal!

The Sleepless In Seattle star has finally sold her beautiful Spanish-style Bel-Air mansion for a cool $11 million after attempting to get $19.5 million for it in 2008. Nobody bit, so she lowered the price and still made out pretty well since she only paid $8.995 million for the 6,877-square-foot estate back in 2000.
