Lena Dunham and Taylor Swift have basically solidified their BFFL status at this point.
We knew that Lena, creator and star of the massively popular TV series Girls, was a HUGE Taylor Swift fan.
And now we have discovered that Tay Tay is also a HUGE Lena Dunham fan!!!! We love it when pieces like this come together so nicely.
Lena raved about Taylor a few years back, saying:
“I feel like she and I are artistic kindred spirits. She may not know it yet…I'd love to tell her. I feel like the way she uses autobiography in her work and the way she calls out guys who have, you know, fronted on her before. But at the same time there is something sort of affectionate and non-judgmental about her music that I appreciate.”
