Its been a crazy past few days for Beverly Johnson.
On Wednesday, the supermodel reacted to recently released court docs that revealed Bill Cosby's history of using quaaludes to initiate sex with unsuspecting women.
While Johnson believes she was never sexually assaulted by Cosby, she firmly believes that she was in fact drugged by the comedian in 1986.
Obviously the ordeal was trying and very disturbing for the model.
Now that the truth has finally come out, Johnson is sharing her thoughts. The 52-year-old explained:
"I had a number of reactions. I was numb. … I didn't realize that I was going to get this onslaught of people wanting to interview me again and so naturally, you know, you want to get underneath the covers and put the covers over your head — but you can't do that and I won't do that. … I want my voice to be heard. … I'm telling my truth."
We can understand what BJ is getting at — while the vindication must feel nice, it also must be difficult to relive the experience in the public eye!
