These days, the 25-year-old star of High School Musical our dreams has us licking our lips so much you'd think he coated them in honey!

Earlier this week lucky fans caught Zefron roaming around Universal City Walk sans shirt, but the resolution of those pics was low and we could barely see his six pack!!

We prefer to count the veins on his arms, LOLz!!

Wowza!

Mariah Carey isn't the only one in the family that can bounce back into shape pretty quickly. Her husband, Nick Cannon, displayed some serious 'ceps before boarding a plane in Paris, France on Sunday night.

Whoa!!! Pauly D is kinda looking huge!

Pauly has always been in great shape but now he looks like he's packed on some serious muscle.

During an appearance at the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas last weekend he strutted his ripped muscly body across the red carpet.

People must've taken notice because he began flexing for the cameras!

Yowza! He's certainly been eating his vegetables.

A source close to him said he's been spending a lot of extra time at the gym, saying:

"He's gained 20 pounds of muscle. He is [exercising] nonstop… three times a day sometimes."

It def shows!

Just look at those arms! It's kinda crazy but he's looking almost Ronnie sized.

Rumors have begun circling around about the fate of Dr. Drew's show about drug addicted celebrities.

There is no Celeb Rehab production planned for the year at the moment, so it's worrying EVERY ONE who loves the show.

Fortunately, execs assure us the show hasn't been canceled. Apparently scheduling just isn't working out this season.
