Who Will Get The Arrest Development Mini-Season: Hulu Or Netflix?

Considering the state Netflix is in, our money is on Hulu, but only time will tell for sure.

Since the news broke that new episodes of Arrested Development are in, well, development, everyone is losing their shiz, from fans to the tv execs to distributors. When talking of the latter, we're only really speaking of the two online companies that are vying to snag the rights to the 9-10 new episodes of AD when they are finally released.

Cheryl Cole Being Courted To Judge UK Version Of The Voice!

cheryl-cole-considered-for-judging-panel-on-the-voice

Looks like Cheryl Cole might land on her feet after all!

Even though the pop star was humiliated by being fired from the judging panel of both the US and UK versions of The X Factor, it appears that she's being courted from another reality competition - the upcoming British version of the insanely popular The Voice!

And according to reports, both ITV and BBC are in a serious bidding war over its rights!

A source explains:

'The hype around The Voice is now so great that ITV feels it has no choice but to be in the running for it. If the BBC got it - and managed to sign Cheryl - then it could snare loads of viewers away from The X Factor.'

Oh man! We're seriously hoping it works out!

And wouldn't it just be BRUTAL if The Voice ended up killing X Factor in the ratings?!

We certainly imagine Chezza would be pleased!

Despite Simon Cowell's public explanation and apology on her behalf, sources close to her say she's less than interested in patching up their friendship, and reveals:

"If Simon thinks he can claim it was a business arrangement that went wrong, he is insane. She wasn't uncomfortable on the show. She was enjoying herself. No-one complained at the time. Simon admits he got his top producer Richard Holloway to tell her she was off the US show - that's because he was afraid to do it himself. Cheryl trusted him implicitly and she doesn't do that with many people. He made a mockery of their friendship so now it's dead in the water."

Can't say we blame her, after everything she went through!

Karma certainly has a funny way of working things out, and we have a feeling that if The Voice catches on over there even a quarter of the way it did here, then the next season of The X Factor might be in a little trouble!

We'll be very curious to see how this develops!

What do U think?? Should Chezza judge for The Voice??

Porn Studios REALLY WANT That J. Lo Video!

jennifer lopez tape causes porn bidding war

Poor J. Lo!

Last week, a judge ruled that Jennifer Lopez's ex-husband Ojani Noa is legally allowed to release intimate home videos of her to the public.

Now, porn studios have begun a bidding war for the J. Lo tape, and there are currently bids in the vicinity of $40,000 from YouPorn.com, PornHub.com, and Red Light District.

The bids would be even higher, but apparently there's no actual sex on the tape, which makes them a bit less valuable.

Still must be SOME steamy footage there, if it's worth $40K. Guess we'll find out more soon.

What do U think about all of this? Will U watch the J. Lo tape after it's released?

Charlie Sheen To Write Tell-All Book

charlie-sheen-to-write-tell-all.jpg

LOLz!!

Okay, we have to admit, we totally want to read this book!

Charlie Sheen says that he's writing a tell-all about the 8 years of his life spent on the set of Two and a Half Men.

He plans on revealing details on what really went on behind the scenes and will even name names, including some of his co-stars!

Should Jon Cryer be worried??

The name of the book will be When the Laughter Stopped (LOL) and he's expecting a bidding war for the publishing rights.

How much does Charlie want for the book??

$10 million!!

Wowsa. The funny part is that he'll probably actually get that amount if he really plans to reveal as much as he says he will. We have to wonder what really went on behind the scenes of that sitcom….

Will U read Charlie's tell-all??

Will Ferrell Teams Up With Warner For Political Comedy

warner wins bid for will ferrell political comedy

Looks like there will be something to laugh about during the 2012 Presidential Election…and no, this is not an attempt to make fun of Sarah Palin any of the potential candidates!

Warner Bros has won a bidding war for Will Ferrell's new political comedy, which will be released in conjunction with the upcoming election, and will co-star Zach Galifianakis.

The story revolves around two rival candidates, and we're sure it will be VERY topical. Who knows…maybe Ferrell will be able to single-handedly sway the election one way or the other.

His movies certainly get big enough audiences, so if he's got a political agenda…many will hear it!

Are U excited for a Will Ferrell political comedy? Do U think he could potentially play any sort of influence in the 2012 Presidential Election?

Beach Boys Musical On The Way!

beachb.jpg

It seems Fox 2000 and Universal are throwing out 7-figure bids to get the rights to an original musical featuring tunes from the Beach Boys.

The script, which will be written by Susannah Grant, does not center around the group, but is crafted around their hits. It's similar for what Mamma Mia! did for Abba.

John Stamos, Craig Zadan, Neil Meron are producing.

Do U wanna see a Beach Boys musical?!
